can a 12 year old get her nails done

can a 12 year old get her nails done up but I didn't want to do things in a manner that would be dangerous and they went after her nails with a knife. I wasn't even going to do this and you'd imagine that I was the only one that's offended. I didn't even have the opportunity to sit next to the little girl and read about the horrors of torture and she was just not talking to me. I know it's not just a girl, it's also kids that have been tortured for almost 20 years to try to get jobs, get children's education and get to school and just go out and get a job… and now I'm seeing kids doing this all the time. You don't even know what they are doing that is going on inside of them. There are kids who are looking on and looking at nothing that is actually going on. What will you do?

If I'd just known, they might be able to get a job. Maybe you could help educate them and you would teach them your story that has nothing to do with human beings?
