Shultz is one of about 50 kids attending the Brooklyn Academy Academy on East 4th Avenue and East 4th Street who have been charged with various crimes by school district officials this October.

The charges include child endangerment with a dangerous weapon for a person under 17, two counts of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, malicious mischief for a school-issued device, and failing to register or register as a sex offender for any purpose.

The allegations against the teenagers do not directly involve underage teens or teenagers under the age
