They're not a necessity because I'm a full dress wearer, and they'll only get longer than about 14 inches. It's hard to get one for one woman. I love the sheer colour because I get to make them as if I'm having an "official" dress. This dress was created for me for the first time - it's really easy to have and it is great for any size. For the girls who want to look more like a man with a natural look...I also love the natural touch for their hair. I would definitely recommend these to anyone on their first date :)
