MATERIALS

1 1/2-1/2-3 Tbsp. Shea Butter (dairy-free)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 190˚F/190˚C. Melt butter and sugar in a blender until light and fluffy. Add a dash or two of butter, a pinch of baking powder and your desired consistency. Blend all ingredients in until combined. Cover and let stand 40 minutes, or until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat and use cold water to keep it dry. Brush with nonstick spray. Serve with whipped whipped cream and whipped gelatin. Enjoy!
